We had a great stay at the hostel. The location was perfect for accessing areas like Deptford, Nunhead, and Brockley. We loved that it was near New Cross and Lewisham stations, making it easy to get around. Although some nearby shops and bars had closed down, the downstairs space was spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff were amazing - very kind and nice. The beds were also very comfortable, and the toilets and showers were cleaned twice a day, so everything was very clean. The hostel provides a 24-hour reception desk and even a printing service for boarding passes. Plus, there are supermarkets nearby, like Tesco Express and Asda.

even in a 12 bed room you have a little privacy because of the curtains around the bunk bed. you do not have to put on the sheets yourself - it's very good if you are on the highest bunk. there are free breakfast, even if it's very simple and a kitchen where you can cook yourself. and even if greenwich is not at the centre of London, I found the surrounding quite charming and met nice people.
the bed was squeaking a little and shaked when somebody moved on one of the other two bunks. the floor needs cleaning.

Clean and spacious hostel with professional staff. The quiet location was convenient for transportation and had nearby restaurants and markets. Despite some issues with the bunk bed design and lack of a coffee pot, the overall value for money was good. The friendly and informative staff added to the positive experience. Although there was some noise at night and a few cleanliness issues, these were expected given the location and dorm accommodation. The breakfast offered was good value and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this hostel for its excellent value in a pleasant area of London.

We can meet a lot of people from everywhere in the world, have some beers, it's an amazing place to be if you're young and full of motivation to start in London or just like a tourist...
Space! there is not enough space, lockers are really small, bathroom space really close too!!!

Price Stuff was generally nice
Both showers on the 1st floor has only cold water at the end of September in London. Quite cold for me. And there's no shelf or something that I can hang on towel or clothes in shower room. Hotel is located in a little bit scary town for a lonely backpacker like me

Nothing I didn't like.

The great thing about the hostel is its price, really great value for the money, because nowhere else in London would you find two night stay relatively close to the center for 36 pounds.
The location is quite bad. Even though it is close to the city center and the train is easily accessible, the neighbourhood is a ghetto and if you are white skinned you might feel a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed at a hostel in London for the London Marathon and it was the perfect location. the staff at the hostel were amazing and made us feel like friends as soon as we arrived. the design of the pub in the hostel was really cool. We will definitely visit again for a drink, even if we're not staying there!

There was about 18 of us staying for 3 nights, down from Glasgow. The staff were all great, value for money was excellent and the bar down stairs was spot on (house and funk all night). They even went out and bought us tequila and let us play our ipods all day.

The location is good. It can save your money in travelling between there and central London. The price is very cheap for the inclusion of breakfast. It is very good for free wifi service.
The wifi is not stable.
